1. Welcome

By accessing or placing an order on Anviraa Jewellers, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

All our jewellery is artificial / fashion jewellery. Slight variations in colour, finish and stone placement may occur as each piece is finished by hand. Product images are for reference and actual product may differ marginally.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or address verification (for COD).

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or broken product on delivery, verified via an open-box delivery video. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy any content for commercial use. All images, designs and content are property of Anviraa Jewellers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anviraa Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our products beyond the order value.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our registered city.
